We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all eMotion Naturals products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a refund or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date. We believe in our products and want every customer to have a positive experience.

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date
  • The product must have been purchased directly from www.emotionnaturals.com
  • For unopened products: the item must be in its original, unused condition with all original packaging intact
  • For opened products: we will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis if you are unsatisfied with the product's quality or effectiveness
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products purchased from third-party retailers (please contact the retailer directly)
  • Products that have been returned without prior authorization
  • Orders where the 30-day return window has expired
  • Gift cards or promotional credits

How to Initiate a Return or Refund

To start the return or refund process, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] or call 754-837-5659 with your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return request.
  2. Receive Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions if applicable.
  3. Ship the Item (if required): For physical returns, securely package the item and ship it to the address provided in your return authorization email. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
  4. Receive Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item (or process your refund request for opened products), we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days and will be credited to your original payment method.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a defective product, incorrect item shipped, or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping cost and provide a prepaid shipping label. If the return is due to customer preference or dissatisfaction, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product for a different item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will process the exchange once we receive the original item (if applicable). If the replacement item has a different price, we will charge or refund the difference accordingly.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund, at your preference.

Refund Processing Time

Once your refund is approved, please allow 5-7 business days for the credit to appear on your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card issuer. If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us and we will investigate.
