At eMotion Naturals, we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays) after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75 within the contiguous United States. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when your order subtotal meets the minimum threshold before taxes and after any discounts are applied.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently ship to U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally. If you have special shipping needs, please contact us at [email protected].
Important: It is your responsibility to ensure that CBD products are legal in your state or jurisdiction before placing an order. eMotion Naturals is not responsible for orders that are seized or delayed by local authorities due to local regulations.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery on the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. eMotion Naturals is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at [email protected] or call 754-837-5659. We will do our best to update the address if the order has not yet shipped, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order is in processing.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue. For damaged packages, please take photos of the damaged packaging and product and include them in your email to us. We will replace or refund damaged items at our discretion.
